maintenance in mind. Court
administrative personnel upload recent opinions of the Iowa Supreme Court and
the Iowa Court of Appeals directly to the website from their native Microsoft
Word documents. Content is rigorously
checked by our custom program for format and accuracy before made available to
the public.
Iowa Courts Administrative personnel also have the ability
to notify the registered news media, lawyers, and interested parties of new
postings to the website via our Relationship Management package to ensure that
all interested parties are alerted to recent changes on the website.
