Client Needs:

·   Informational website to maintain contact with UNO Alumni.

·   Editable site content

·   Credit Card Gateway for donations and annual renewals.

·   Increase donations to the Alumni Association.

·   The ability to survey the UNO Alumni.

·   The ability to build community within the UNO Alumni.

·   UNO Alumni Email registration to allow email activities between Alumni members.

 

Project Details:

The UNO Alumni website features a crisp graphical design with our Web Solutions Omaha editable technologies.  The UNO Alumni Staff has the ability to add content to the web site without knowledge of HTML or any other web programming language.

 

A credit card gateway was installed to allow UNO Alumni to donate funds to the Alumni Association or to join the Alumni Association online.  Community within the UNO Alumni was enhanced by setting up the UNO Alumni website as a central source for alumni email addresses.  These email addresses are all maintained by the UNO Alumni Association and are uploaded to the website using standard spreadsheet technology.  Users of the site can search the Alumni email list by year of graduation to find the email address of their classmates. 

 

The Web Solutions Omaha Editable Survey package was installed on the site to ask visitors to select one of several options posed by the survey question.  The easy online interface makes it easy to add a new survey question at any time (which automatically places the previous survey question in the survey archives. These archives are available for visitors to view not only the current results of the active survey but results of all past surveys on the website.
